Bruce Hendrick
President & Chief Executive Officer

Bruce joined RBB Systems, Inc. in 2000 bringing with him 16 years of management experience and a degree in Computer Engineering from Ohio State University. Prior to RBB, Bruce worked in the pressure sensitive adhesive industry for a Fortune 200 global supplier. He experienced progressive career growth culminating as an international consultant for operations in Brazil, Chili and Belgium.

Bruce then moved to a smaller company to broaden his experience and, as he puts it, “learn to manage without the safety net of a large organization.”

Bruce became President of RBB Systems, Inc. in 2001 and assumed the role of CEO in 2005. Dividing his time between his roles of CEO, President and Sales Manager, Bruce sends a consistent message throughout the Company – “At the end of the day what really matters are the results we deliver. Results for our customers, our employees, and our community. Everything else is secondary.”

Wendy Smith
Operations Manager

Wendy’s educational pursuits took her first to North Central Technical College where she earned an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering then on to Malone College where she was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Employed by RBB since 1985, Wendy has worked in most areas of the business. She’s held positions in assembly, as a floor supervisor, both in inside and outside sales, and in management. Wendy has hands-on experience in assembly techniques, technical writing, quotation development, proposals and continuous improvement efforts. Wendy brings all this experience to her role as Operations Manager allowing her to be intimately involved in all aspects of the business.

Carl Sheller
Controller

Carl joined RBB in 2003. He came to RBB with 36 years of experience in all facets of financial management with both multi-national and small, privately-held companies. Carl holds a degree in Economics from Mt. Union College and has completed graduate courses in cost accounting, management organization, and industrial relations at Akron University.
