# RBB Expands Precision Soldering Capabilities with New Hot Bar Solder Machine

The new PHM1-1 Hot Bar Solder Machine provides precise, high-quality soldering capabilities, allowing RBB Systems to efficiently manage intricate assemblies and challenging builds. Initially acquired to assist a valued client with a demanding project, the addition of this equipment demonstrates RBB’s commitment to “moving heaven and earth” to meet customer needs.

The PHM1-1 Pulse Heated Machine is engineered for precision soldering in applications such as TAB, FPC, ACF, LCD, and PCB assembly. With rapid heat-up and air-cooled technology, it ensures efficient processing while maintaining strict control over heat time, pressure, and temperature. The machine features a floating head design for even force distribution, precise positioning, and easy fixture replacement, making it ideal for demanding production environments. Additionally, built-in circuit protection enhances safety and reliability.
