Dear RBB Customer,

Thank you for your inquiry requesting information regarding conflict mineral content of your products manufactured on a contract basis by RBB.

We are aware of the rule issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the reporting requirements it imposes upon publicly traded companies using conflict minerals (specifically the metals tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold) in their products. Although RBB is not required to report to the SEC, we are aware that some of our customers are required to do so, and we will support you in meeting your reporting requirement.

Our role in assisting our customers is to provide the best and most up-to-date information that is available to us from our suppliers. As a contract manufacturer, RBB does not have direct access to information regarding where all of our suppliers procured their raw materials. Nevertheless, we are continuing to work with our suppliers to obtain this information to the extent possible for us.

You can find the latest CMRT on our website, identifying the material we introduce in our internal process. Any other material specified by our customers, creates a different type of challenge as RBB. In the role as a contract manufacturer, RBB does not have control over the material used in the product we build.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Sincerely,

Robert Ortoft
