RBB has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant-Office Manager. This role is an important part of our team and key to maintaining RBB’s high standards.
The focus of this position is a dual role serving as an extension of the President and leadership team, maintaining a high level of effectiveness in the company office.
The position allows frequent communication and interaction with people. It requires someone who is professional and personable in managing activities, accountable for their results, and always ready to help others. The work requires a resourceful person who strives to accomplish the tasks despite unexpected issues.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and intuitive in dealing with executives and diligent in creating and maintaining an effective and stable company office environment.
