Open Positions

Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Primary responsibilities include; directing the day-to-day activities of the inside sales and marketing team, evaluating individual performance, and reporting and analyzing RBB’s sales and marketing performance. This role is a member of RBB’s Management Team.  The #1 job of the Sales and Marketing Supervisor is to coordinate inside sales efforts to maintain and grow profitable business with existing and new clients.

Essential Functions & Duties:

  • Lead by example in the areas of personal character, commitment, work habits, and constructive problem resolution skills
  • Lead the inside sales staff
  • Provide written and oral communications internally and externally on a frequent basis 
  • Implement continuous improvement plans to reach yearly and monthly objectives
  • Train and coach salespeople in sales and marketing systems and methods
  • Assure execution of sales systems (CRM, ERP, Salesforce) in a complete and timely basis by all internal and external personnel
  • Maintain monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) charts for the sales and marketing department
  • Coordinate client visits
  • Analyze and advise managers regarding client sales trends and forecasting
  • Prioritize market opportunities for our limited RBB quoting resources
  • Send and follow-up on quotes to clients and prospects
  • Coordinate marketing messaging with in-the-field experience; fine-tune as needed
  • Coordinate and communicate client satisfaction surveys

Education & Experience

  • 2 years Sales experience
  • 2 years Marketing experience
  • 2 years of experience in management/supervision
  • Electronics background beneficial but not required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Outbound Calling Specialist 

The outbound calling specialist is a key part of the sales team. This person is required to complete a set number of calls and enter data into our Salesforce CRM database. 

Requirements for this position include a positive attitude, hard working, good verbal communication skills, and a love for talking on the phone. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

This is a part-time position.

Assembly Specialist

An assembler assembles and solders circuit boards, wire assemblies, and small panel units in accordance with RBB quality requirements and standards. Prior experience in electronics is preferred.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with electronics manufacturing preferred.

Pay Starting at $12/hour.
