When you need a circuit board skillfully assembled into a completed control panel, rely on us. Our facility is uniquely equipped with a control panel/mechanical assembly area so we can do it all—correctly—under our roof. This ultimately saves you time and hassle, but most importantly, ensures you get a better final product thanks to the expert  troubleshooting and product familiarity of our team. We’ve been building electrical control panels and shipping them worldwide into the field since 1973.

Complete Accountability and Peace of Mind

Our team of builders takes enormous pride in the craftsmanship of their work, and are held accountable to produce error-free control panels that meet clients’ deadlines. This is why we’re known for our responsiveness and precision—our panels don’t ship until they’re right, and they never come back.

In turn, you get complete peace of mind.

Our Panels Shop At-a-Glance

As is the case with our electronics shop, our control panel/mechanical assembly area has strict protocols for documentation management, assembly, test procedures and inventory control. Every wire is tested to assure secure electrical connection.

Additionally, our shop is:

  • Guaranteed to build to UL, CSA, CE, and ATEX specifications, among others
  • A user of NEMA 4, 4x, 7, 12 Class 1, Div. 2 enclosures
  • A strict follower of all electrical codes (shortcuts are never taken)
  • Highly experienced at integrating pneumatics and hydraulics into panels
  • Able to handle one piece, one batch, or recurring builds

Both turnkey (we supply the parts) and labor-only (you supply the parts)

Over the years, we’ve also built custom control panels for a wide variety of industries, including:

  • Food and beverage
  • Plastics
  • Pharmaceutical
  • Chemical and petrochemical
  • Primary metals
