At RBB, our mission is to move heaven and earth to get our clients what they need, when they need it. It is our mission statement and one of our four core values.
This week, we had a client with an urgent request. One of their customers had an emergency- and needed 4 completed assemblies at their facility the next day.
How did we do it?
Our team rallied together- and was able to enter this order, create the job, gather the parts- including getting deviation approval from our client for the one part that wasn’t in stock, send the job to production to be built, and ship out the door within 4 hours. Our client is happy and their customer is happy.
This is what we mean by moving heaven and earth – we do what it takes to make it happen for our clients! Thanks to our team for their great response and push to make this happen.
